MY VALID EMAILS

Last year I had an idea that i wanted to share with a number of people, however, i had been adviced to get an agreement to a non-disclsure document before mentioning anything to those I intended to speak to, but that wasn't easy.

You see I was speaking to friends who had known me a long time and to ask them to sign a non-disclsure document would generally suggest that I did not trust them... Caution had to prevail I was advised.

So how to get over such an obsacle?

Well with the help of Recoded Acces it was faceless, painless and fabulous.

I simply sent everyone an email with a link to my document asking them to look over my idea, moreover, upon access to the document they were presented with my 'Guardian Template' - a non-disclosure document that they needed to read and either aree to before the actual idea was presented to them in that document or decline.

Nobody decline much to my amazment, I thought most would and everyone upheld the agreement without a crossed word said or uttered.

I'm glad I found My Valid Emails and now I regularly use it for any kind of sensitive material I have to send over the net because I know what is placed on the server never leaves the server and furthermore, it is heavily encrypted.
